TOUR PRICES

Prices quoted on all tours are per person.

a)  All tours include round trip transportation via modern motor coach.  We use only modern deluxe motor coaches that are air-conditioned and restroom equipped.

b)  All tours are fully escorted.  You will be accompanied by a well trained escort whose responsibilities include the handling of every detail, and giving complete attention to your comfort.  You will have guidance throughout your tour to enable you to enjoy the trip without worry of travel.

c)  All tours include baggage handling.  Each person is permitted one suitcase that must not weigh over 50 pounds.  This is taken off the bus and delivered to your room unless specified otherwise.  You may bring a small tote or carry-on bag.  It must fit in the overhead compartment or under the seat.  You will be responsible for carrying this bag to and from the coach.  While every effort is made to ensure safe handling of your luggage, we ARE NOT responsible for loss or damage.

d)  All overnight tours include the accommodations.  The lodging is chosen based on location, cleanliness, dining rooms and the staff.  The hotels are AAA quality and we have used many of them in the past.

e)  All tours (except one-day tours) include 24-hour accident insurance, on & off the bus , trip cancellation and trip interruption insurance per the terms and conditions as outlined in the Travel Protection Brochure provided upon request unless specified otherwise by Top of the Line Tours due to certain cancellation rules for cruise lines, etc.  Insurance for the one-day trips is available as an option.

f)  Top of the Line Tours provides all normal tips and gratuities for bellmen, group meals and local guides.  Gratuities for the driver and tour escort are appreciated but should be extended on an individual basis.  The amount per person is always at your discretion.

TRAVEL CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Membership is available and open to anyone willing to participate according to the purpose of our club "...to form allegiances with each other based on mutual respect and trust.. to take time each day to give thanks... to fellowship with one another and be a friend..."  The membership fee is $20.00 per person, per year.  You will receive periodic mailings and newsletters detailing upcoming events and trips, invitations to all club dinners and other functions.  Club members are also eligible for the discounted or "member" price on all trips.  To receive the "member" price, your membership must be current and the trip must be paid in full by the due date.

RESERVATIONS

Please make your reservations at the earliest

possible date.  We have to confirm reservations at the hotels, shows, restaurants and etc. as  early as 30 to 120 days before departure.  So, sometimes we have to cancel a tour due to lack of early deposits.  Also, some of the popular tours will fill to capacity early, so if you wait too long, you may get left off the tour.

MAKING RESERVATIONS

You can make your reservations by phone, mail or in person at our office.  We accept payment by cash, check or all major credit cards.  The deposit required for each trip is listed in the catalog and brochure.  Please contact our office if you would like to request this.  The final payment is due no later than 30 days prior to departure unless specified otherwise.  WE DO NOT MAIL OUT REMINDERS OF BALANCES DUE ON TRIPS.  Our hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, closed Saturday, Sunday and all major holidays.  Our local phone number is (843) 766-0747 and our toll-free number is 1 (800) 845-7659.  If you pay by mail, please be sure to include the date and name of the tour on your check, also include the order form at the back of the Travel Events catalog (please contact our office to request this) to indicate your room mate, room type, etc.  Our mailing address is:

We book all non-smoking rooms with two double beds unless specified otherwise.  WE CANNOT HOLD YOUR SPACE ON A TOUR UNLESS YOU HAVE PAID YOUR DEPOSIT.  If you are interested in a tour, we will put your name on a waiting list, but in fairness to all of our travelers, we cannot hold this space without the required deposit.

CANCELLATIONS

If an individual cancels their trip 31 days or more prior to departure, a refund will be made subject to deductions for any expenses incurred for prepaid items (such as show tickets, etc.).  On all overnight trips (insurance included in price of trip) a claim must be filed with the insurance company to receive a refund for any incurred prepaid expenses not refunded by Top of the Line Tours.  Insurance for one day trips is not included in the price and can be purchased as an option to the individual.  If an individual cancels less than 30 days prior to departure date, a claim must be filed by the individual with the insurance company to obtain a full refund of any monies paid.  In the event of cancellation by Top of the Line Tours, all monies paid will be refunded in full by Top of the Line  Tours.  Top of the Line Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour due to conditions beyond our control, including insufficient participation, and to change or modify the trip as may be necessary for the completion of a tour or four the safety of our passengers.  We reserve the right to accept or reject any person as a member of our tour at any time.  It is our intention to provide congenial travel companions.  Thus, we reserve the right to take individuals off trips at any point if said person/persons disrupts the tour for others.  The balance of that person/person's tour would be refunded.

TRAVELERS WITH DISABILITIES

We must know in advance if you have a disability that prevents your independence.  You must be accompanied by a traveling companion that will assume full responsibility for your care and mobility.

TRIP CANCELLATIONS/INTERRUPTION INSURNACE

All of our 2006 trips (except one-day trips) include FULL coverage.  Full coverage is available on the one-day trips for an additional price.

ROOM MATES

We do not provide room mates for our travelers.  If you would like a traveling companion, please call the office, tell us which tour you are interested in and we will make a note.  If someone else calls and requested a room mate, we will provide both parties with phone numbers and let you contact one another.  If we do not succeed, the single rate applies.  Please not that the price per person will change if a room mate cancels. 

SMOKING OR NONSMOKING ROOMS

When you make your reservations, ploease indicate your room type at this time.  If no request is made, we will automatically reserve a nonsmoking room for you.

SEAT ROTATION

The seats are not pre-assigned, but once taken, they will be rotated on a daily basis.  The only exception is the seat directly behind the driver which is reserved for the tour escort.  In fairness to everyone, no exceptions will be made to the rotation policy unless done so at the discretion of the tour escort.

SMOKING/ALCOHOL

Neither smoking or alcoholic beverages will be allowed on the coach.  Frequent rest stops are scheduled during travel.

COACH COURTESIES

When the bus is full a person paying the single price will need to sit next to another passenger.  Under no circumstances can seats be reserved on the coach.  Punctuality is very important when traveling.  Plesae do not make or expect  the whole group to wait on a  late passenger.

UNSCHEDULED ITINERARY CHANGES

When it becomes necessary or advisable to alter the itinerary, due to acts of God, or for the safety of our passengers, such alterations may be made without penalty to Top of the Line Tours.  Additional expenses, if any, shall become the responsibility of the passenger.

DEVOTIONAL ACTIVITIES

Devotions are conducted each day on the motorcoach.
